Q.  It is already the 3rd day of the month.  Why can't I register for the monthly meeting?

A.  Registration for the monthly meetings now opens 14 days prior to the meeting date.  You will be notified by email when registration is available.  Additionally, check the event listings on the website or mobile app within the 14 day time frame to register.

Q.  I registered to attend the monthly meeting, but now cannot attend. How do I cancel?

A.  After registering for a meeting, you can view your registration from the My event registrations tab on your member profile.  To access your profile via the website, click the 'Manage Profile' link on the Home page in the 'Already a Member?' section, or click on Your Name in the upper right section of any website page.  From the 'My Profile' page, click on My events registrations tab.   Select the meeting you wish to cancel, then click on 'Already registered', then 'Cancel Registration'.  Please note that you must be logged into your account. To cancel a meeting registration in the Wild Apricot Mobile App, select 'My Tickets' from the bottom menu, select the meeting registration you wish to cancel, then click on 'Cancel Registration'.   Optionally, visit the Help Center in the ‘Members Only’ section of the website to view a quick video about canceling registration. 

Q.  Since the meeting sign-ups don't come out until the 1st of the month, how can I find out what the beer style is for upcoming meetings so that I can buy beer in advance?

A.  If you find a great beer, either locally, in your other 'home' town, or while traveling, that you want to share at the monthly club meetings, but you aren't sure what the meeting schedule is, you can find it under the Members Only section of the website, or click the 'View Monthly Meeting Schedule' link on the Home page in the 'Already a Member?' section.  Please note that you must be logged into your account to view.

A bus trip to visit breweries in the Tarpon Springs is scheduled for April 21 starting at 9:30 PM leaving from the Brownwood Medical Center parking lot and returning to The Villages at 7:30 PM. 

Two forty passenger buses will be utilized. Both buses will visit the same breweries with the itineraries reversed and will leave and return at the same time.

Tickets will be available for purchase on Saturday, March 16 at 9:00 AM. 

1. Do you need help using the WildApricot Mobile App?
2. Do you need to cancel an event registration but don't know how?
